How does this work?
If your interested in Morning Doo the first step is to send in a request form easily located under the memberships button, located on the home page. When we receive the request, we will send you a quote and link to our service policies and guidelines where a signature will be prompted if you would like to book services. After signing you will be sent booking information as well as payment options. You will be reminded of the appointment the day before via email and, depending on your preference, we will text you within an hour of service on the service day. We also send email confirmation after service. Other then that, all you have to do is enjoy a waste free yard!
Does Morning Doo clean the entire yard?
Yes, we can clean the entire yard or part of it. It depends on your needs. Prices are reflected by acreage.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
We take health and safety considerations very seriously. Between each client we thoroughly clean our shoes and equipment in a kennel grade disinfectant. All waste is double bagged. We also send a locked gate photo after service, if applicable.
How do you dispose of the waste?
The waste is double bagged and placed in owners trash receptacle.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we offer monthly memberships. They can be changed or cancelled on a monthly basis.
Are dogs allowed to be outside during service?
No, dogs must be inside during service to ensure safety and adequate service. Even if a dog isn’t territorial they may be excitable and jump or try to run, inhibiting our capacity to do our job effectively. As much as we’d love to say hello, it isn’t safe or practical. We send out an email the night before service as well as a reminder text within an hour of service. Dogs outside will result in skipped service.
Where is your service area?
We are currently servicing the city of Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Lake, Malta Ridge, Wilton, Greenfield, and Moreau. Reach out for a quote if your unsure and we’ll let you know if its an area we’re currently servicing.
What kind of payments do you take?
We accept cash and check in-person, Zelle, or credit/debit cards through our online payment portal.
Can I request a service date/time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to promise a day and time in order to ensure quality service. Variables outside of our control, such as the weather or accidents make this impossible. We do try accommodate schedule requests to ensure satisfaction so please add any information you’d like to share in our additional text box when you send in a request under the Memberships button on the home page.
What are your hours of operation?
We scoop weekdays, sunrise to sunset. Please note we may come on weekends if weather inhibits us from our usual cleaning.
